Asynchronous online consultations · coming soon

Online consultations with doctors vouched for by their colleagues.

You write to a doctor when it suits you and get a written opinion back — no calls, no queues. Buzok is a circle of licensed doctors who join only on a colleague’s invitation. Opening soon — together with the medicines reference across 21 European registers, which is ready.

01 · Asynchronous consultations

A question for a doctor — in writing, in your own time, answered with a written opinion.

No calls to schedule. You describe what is troubling you and attach what you have; a licensed doctor takes the question and replies with a written opinion in one consistent structure. Your consultations are protected: only you and your doctor can see them.

The “Question for a doctor” form: specialty, who the question is for, a title, the description and attachments
The question. A short form: specialty, who it is for, what troubles you. Doctors in the pool see only the envelope — no name, no text.
The consultation thread in the account: the patient’s message, the doctor’s reply and the written opinion
The answer. The consultation thread: the doctor’s opinion, one follow-up each way — and the consultation closes.
  • Within 4 hoursa written opinion, counted from the moment a doctor takes the question.
  • One structurefor every doctor’s opinion: what it may be, what to do next, when to seek urgent care.
  • No endless chatone follow-up each way, then the consultation closes.

02 · What is coming

A consultation in your own time, with a doctor recommended by colleagues.

Three things Buzok starts with. All three open on the same day; the third is ready and waiting.

A question for a doctor

A written consultation — no call, no queue.

Circle of doctors

Every doctor here was brought in by a colleague.

Every doctor joins on the invitation of one already with us, and we check each licence against the Ministry of Health of Ukraine register. You come to a doctor other doctors already trust.

Reference

Medicines, clinics and pharmacies — open, no sign-in.

The active substance, the ATC code and the products containing it — across 21 national registers of Europe, with a bilingual reference as PDF. Clinics holding a current Ministry of Health of Ukraine licence and pharmacies from the registers of seven countries.

Ready

03 · Medicines reference

One name — and you see what the medicine is called in other countries.

Type a name — “Diclofenac”, say, or a substance’s international name such as “Drospirenone” — and the reference shows the active substance, the Ukrainian products containing it and the trade names in other countries’ registers — Germany, Poland, Czechia and more. Useful when you are abroad or looking for an equivalent. For any substance and country there is a PDF reference in three languages — to hand to the pharmacist instead of explaining with gestures. The reference is ready and opens with Buzok; below are its real screens.

  • Search results for “Diclofenac”: the active substance, its ATC code and the list of Ukrainian products from the state register
“Diclofenac” — Ukraine. The active substance, the ATC code and the products containing it in the State Register.
  • The same search with the Germany tab selected: trade names of diclofenac products in the German register
The same query — Germany. Trade names from the German register — what the medicine is called there.
  • The same search with the Poland tab selected: trade names of diclofenac products in the Polish register
And Poland. The country tabs are the registers the reference covers; switch and compare.
  • Search results for “Drospirenone”: the active substance and the Ukrainian products containing it, Yarina among them
“Drospirenone” — Ukraine. Search by the substance’s international name: every Ukrainian product containing it, Yarina among them.
  • The same search with the Poland tab selected: trade names of products with the same active substances in the Polish register
“Drospirenone” — Poland. The same substance, entirely different names: without the reference you would not recognise them.
  • Two pages of the PDF reference “Ibuprofen — Germany”: a trilingual heading, the active substance, the ATC codes and a table of registered products with form and holder
The PDF reference — “Ibuprofen”, Germany. In three languages — Ukrainian, English and the country’s own: the substance, the ATC codes, the registered products. Show it to a doctor or a pharmacist abroad.

The reference does not replace a doctor or a pharmacist: it shows what is registered, not what you should take. The same active substance does not mean the products are interchangeable: dose, form and bioequivalence differ.

04 · For doctors

Doctors join Buzok by invitation.

The invitation comes from a doctor who is already with us. Then we check your licence against the Ministry of Health of Ukraine register, and you write a few words about yourself for the patient.

An invitation means your colleagues hold your expertise in high regard. We sincerely believe patients will trust you just as much — in Ukraine and across Europe.

If you already have an invitation, the link is in the e-mail. If not, write to us and we will explain how it works.
